Longevity: A challenge to the health system - NRP 67 at the Santé forum in Pully

In a project jointly supported by the Fondation Leenaards and NRP 67 interprofessional cooperation in the care of end-of-life people in four regions of French-speaking Switzerland has been studied. The results of this project have led to a white paper that will be published shortly and will be the subject of a public debate at the Forum Santé.

The event will take place on 7 November at the Octagone theatre in Pully.

Science and technology enable us to live longer. Our aging population clearly highlight the problems and limitations of the Swiss healthcare system. Financing is becoming increasingly difficult and care services for people with chronic illnesses still need to be better coordinated.

An upcoming forum will bring together high-ranking speakers, experts and decision-makers to discuss potential solutions. The programme includes the presentation of a white paper produced in a project jointy financed by the Fondation Leenaards and NRP 67.

The forum is aimed both at healthcare professionals and interested public. Participation is free of charge. Registration is open:
